If you have any inquiries regarding the permit requirements for your specific project, it is advisable to reach out to your local building department. To begin the process, you will need to submit a preliminary building application, usually consisting of a product image and a brief project description. Once your project receives approval, you can proceed with submitting the official building application, which will entail obtaining specific permits for building, plumbing, and electrical plans. We will give you the footing details for you or a contractor to prepare the ground.  You must connect with an electrician and plumber to connect the electricity, water, and sewer.  Our sales team can answer any questions you or your contractor, electrician or plumber, or city might have.  We are with you the entire way to your futuristic smart home.
